This Return Policy is designed to provide a hassle-free experience for customers who purchase products from Less-price.com.
Products Eligible for Returns
Electronics and Mobiles
Products must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened. If the original seal is broken, the product has been used, or the box opened, we will only accept returns in the case of a manufacturing defect. Additionally, if the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, all accessories, original box, and information booklet must be returned.
Fashion
Apparel like underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bras, socks, and tights cannot be returned. Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged apparel with all labels and tags intact, and original packaging, are eligible for return. Footwear, eyewear, watches, bags, and luggage must be returned in their original packaging with intact tags.
Home & Kitchen
Returns are not accepted for furniture and large home appliances. Home decor products are accepted if unopened and undamaged. Unwrapped bedding products will not be accepted. Used, altered, assembled, or installed products are non-returnable unless defective.
Sports & Outdoors
Returnable products must be unused and in the original packaging.
Toys & Games
Dressing up costumes are non-returnable. Used, activated, or incomplete toys and games will not be accepted for return.
Automotive
Automotive products must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened. Defective items require the return of the original box, information booklet, and all accessories.

Returnable items must be in their original condition with all original packaging and materials.

Terms and Conditions for Accepting Returns
Products must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened. If the product has been used or the original box opened, we will decline the refund. For products with a warranty tag, refer to the seller’s warranty or manufacturing defect policy. Such products are not accepted for returns by Less-price until confirmed by the service center.
A product is considered accepted for return only after notification to the customer. Only products within the specified categories are eligible for return. Other categories like perishable items, grocery, and food items are non-returnable.
General Conditions Applicable to All Returns
Less-price reserves the right to return a product to the customer if it does not meet guidelines or conditions. If the product is ineligible for return, the customer is not eligible for a refund. In case of a declined return request, we will make attempts to redeliver the product based on the section it belongs to (Less-price or Minutes). If unsuccessful, the product will be held for three business days, during which the customer can request another delivery attempt. After this period, the item will be sent for liquidation.
